Refund and Return Policy At Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Electromechanical, we are committed to providing high-quality MEP services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy outlines our approach regarding service adjustments, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Service Satisfaction
We strive to deliver services in accordance with agreed contracts, project specifications, and industry standards. If a client is not satisfied with any aspect of our work, they should notify us immediately in writing so we can review and resolve the issue.
2. Refunds
Refunds for completed services are only applicable if the service provided is found to be defective or does not meet the agreed contract specifications. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of project completion or delivery of the service. Any partial or full refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account work completed and expenses incurred.
3. Returns / Rework
Since our services involve installation, maintenance, and project execution, physical “returns” are not applicable. If a service is not performed correctly, we commit to rework or correction at no additional cost, subject to the original contract terms.
4. Cancellations
Project cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of work completion and costs incurred.
